Rabbi Nathaniel Helfgot is on the Judaic Studies faculty at SAR High School and a scholar at its affiliate, the Machon Siach educational think tank. He serves as rabbi of Congregation Netivot Shalom in Teaneck, NJ. He has written and edited a number of volumes on the Bible and its interpretation, as well as essays in Jewish thought, halakhah, and contemporary Jewish life.
