A Supreme Court Ruling Puts New Pressure on Palestinian Leaders to Reform

Putting pay for slay on the docket.

Last month, the Supreme Court issued its unanimous decision in the case of Fuld v. PLO, ruling that Americans can sue the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) and the Palestinian Authority (PA) for their sponsorship of terrorism. The court thus upheld the Promoting Security and Justice for Victims of Terrorism Act (PSJVTA) of 2019, intended to make just such suits possible.
