PLO, ruling that Americans can sue the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) and the Palestinian Authority (PA) for their sponsorship of terrorism. The court thus upheld the Promoting Security and Justice for Victims of Terrorism Act (PSJVTA) of 2019, intended to make just such suits possible.
