In January, just around the time the nuclear deal was to go into effect, the U.S. secured an agreement with the Islamic Republic for the release of four American citizens it was holding hostage. Now the Wall Street Journal is reporting that the latter agreement coincided with the secret transfer of $400 million, in cash, to Tehran, delivered in an unmarked cargo jet. Andrew McCarthy writes:
