Hamas Is Unlikely to Disarm. Here’s What’s Could Happen Instead

Yesterday evening, the Red Cross delivered another casket from Hamas to the IDF; as of this writing, the body inside has not yet been identified. Earlier in the day, Israeli soldiers killed two Palestinians who had crossed the yellow line that divides Gaza. The Trump administration, meanwhile, has submitted a draft to the UN of a plan to move to phase 2 of the cease-fire deal, which would involve bringing an international force into Gaza to oversee demilitarization and reconstruction.
