Zohran Mamdani, after announcing that he will be the first mayor to decline to participate in the Israel Day Parade, marked the occasion with an absurd video, in which a putative “Nakba survivor,” who was not expelled from her home in 1948, sat unwittingly in front of a Zionist propaganda poster.
