Congress Should Tighten Sanctions on Iran and Russia

Pass the Lindsey O. Graham Act.

If the Saudis have any hope besides assistance from Israel (or America) in the Red Sea, it is that the U.S. economic campaign against Iran—involving sanctions, a counterblockade in the Persian Gulf, and other measures—will eventually lead the Islamic Republic to collapse or to retreat. A bill is currently before Congress that would ratchet up this economic warfare, and wage the same against Russia, patron of both Iran and the Houthis.
