Last week, Iran launched missiles at U.S. bases in Jordan, which American forces countered with as many as 70 Patriot missiles. The barrage managed to damage some U.S. planes, although most of the damage was minor. Attacks like this one are just one reason Jordan is caught up in the regional conflict.
