UNRWA Has Been Replaced in Gaza
It’s now time to shut down the organization everywhere.
On Sunday, Israeli tax officials and police raided the compound in east Jerusalem belonging to the UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine (UNRWA), ostensibly because the organization owes $3.4 million in unpaid property taxes. Police pulled down the UN flag and replaced it with an Israeli flag, and reportedly confiscated large amounts of moveable property. While the UN and its apologists reacted with outrage, a far greater success against this corrupt agency has already been won, with less fanfare, in Gaza. Enia Krivine writes:
