Arresting an Israeli Prime Minister Doesn’t Uphold International Law

In a recent interview, Zohran Mamdani declared that he stands by his campaign promise to arrest Benjamin Netanyahu—on the basis of a warrant issued by the International Criminal Court (ICC)—if he comes to New York for the UN General Assembly in September.
