Last week, the New York State governor Kathy Hochul announced that she will sign a bill legalizing what it euphemistically calls “medical assistance in dying.” In analyzing the moral perils of such legislation, Jonathan Rosenblum points to the example of Canada, where such laws have rapidly expanded in scope.
