On Sunday night, amid the Iranian missile barrage, the Houthi regime in Yemen fired two ballistic missiles at Israel, and has launched at least one drone since. The Houthis had until then avoided responding to the recent U.S.-Israeli campaign against their patrons in Tehran. This decision sets them apart from their fellow members of the axis of resistance—Hizballah, which joined the fight fully, and the Iraqi militias, which have engaged on a more modest level.
